Purpose of personal data processing:
Identity verification of the rental agreement, e-mail messages and accounting.
Recipients and processors of personal data:
Only the registrar.
Data transfer:
The information is transferred to the accounting office Rantlainen partly on paper and partly electronically. No other information is transferred from the used systems to third parties.
Data retention period:
The entries in the booking calendar are kept until the end of the booking. Email communications are stored for 1.5 years. Photos of the passport and other personal information will be deleted after the inspection.
Rights of the registrant:
You can request that information be deleted from the register after one year, according to our accounting period.
Right of appeal:
Disagreements are primarily resolved with the controller. If an agreement cannot be reached, a complaint can be made to the supervisory authority.
Providing personal information:
Providing information is a prerequisite for the creation of a rental agreement and serves as a statutory passenger notification. If personal data cannot be disclosed, this is an obstacle to renting the cottage.
Access to information:
Registered personal data is created from e-mail messages and the information provided by the customer in connection with them.

Our e-mail service, domain and web hotel services are provided by Louhi Net Oy, a service provider that meets the criteria of avainlippu.
The implementation and protection of our e-mail and calendar are hereby implemented with the Google Workspace service.
We use the Weebly website program to implement the website.
