RESERVATION
Reservations must be made by e-mail by sending a message to [email protected] The message should indicate the desired rental period, the renter's phone number, which is not secret or prepaid. PAYMENT TERM

If the payment is made by bank transfer, the payment must be made no later than 4 banking days before arrival. If the payer is the same as the booker, no reference information is needed. If the payer is different, the renter's name should be put as the reference text. Please ask for an invoice if necessary. Our billing supplement is €10, the invoice will be sent by email. The pre-booking fee for high-season spots is 50%, which must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the booking date.

Fri - Sun 470 € with Jacuzzi and a furnished cottage with basic equipment, electricity and firewood normal use amount. The cottage and a Jacuzzi heated and ready to use.
Pets are not welcome Villa Viola.
Bed linen and towels are not included to the price. The use of bed-clothes and towels for the disabled in the cottage is charged at € 5 per wash bath.
Final cleaning included in the tenant's responsibility, but at extra cost, it is also available as a service.
Payment is in advance at the latest on presentation of the cottage.

FINAL CLEANING

Final cleaning can be purchased as a service from the basic level onwards for €80. At the basic level, it means that the drains are in their proper places, personal belongings and garbage have been taken away, and the dirty dishes have already been filled into the machine and the machine has been started. If the final cleaning has not been done or it has been performed incompletely, we will charge €45/starting hour for the cleaning.
If the final cleaning isn´t done or it is inadequately performed, the cleaning charge of 45 € / hour.
